- Cement: Lucky Cement
- Sand: Normal-Quality Sand will be used for Masonry and Plaster work
- Aggregates: 20mm and 40mm will be used
- Blocks: 6 inches PSI 3500
- Water proofing: Water proofing Solution will be used in foundation till Plinth Level

- Tests: Soil testing, FDT test, Cube Test, Slum test would be done by Client.
- Drawings: Structural Drawing, MEP Drawing and Architecture drawing would be done by Client
- Fees and Bill (Only for Bahria Clients): Electrical and Maintenance bills, Gas Certificate, Gas Connections, Electrical meter fees, Completion fees, all fees and Bills would be paid by client
- Civil Engineer will be assigned for inspection and monitoring the quality of work and progress.
- Sheds would be constructed for material yard and for watchman.
